Dried lotus leaves are a food wrapper used for classic dishes such as Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaves. Similarly to fresh lotus leaves, the dried leaves are used to add a perfumey flavor to foods. Sometimes dried bamboo leaves are soaked and layered inside the soaked lotus leaves to help prevent rice from sticking to the lotus wrapper.
Dried Lotus leaves are large, about 24" x 20" fully opened.Approximately 12 leaves per pacakage (14 ounces, 397grams). Product of China.
How To Prepare Lotus Leaves
Soak the leaves, submerged in water for about 20 minutes to 1 hour.  Drain the water then gengtly rinse the leaves, pat them dry and lay them on a flat surface atop moistenend towels.  Use as directed in your recipe.
