Stevia - Soy Protein Shake

A refreshing shake made with soy milk, flax seed, vanilla, stevia, fresh strawberries and yogurt.

    • 1 cup plain yogurt, low or full fat
    • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
    • 1 whole egg
    • 3 tablespoon whole flax seeds
    • 2 tablespoons soy protein powder (vanilla flavored or plain)
    • 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia (or to taste)
    • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries or blue berries
    • Mint sprigs for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve in tall glasses garnished with mint sprigs.
