Snip off tip of each wing using poultry shears. Separate the wings at joint. Place on wire rack in roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn once during cooking.
Combine melted butter, Tabasco, Worcestershire, ketchup, garlic and mix well in large bowl. Place chicken in bowl and mix well.
Crumble the blue cheese coarsely and combine with other dip ingredients in separate bowl. For the best flavor prepare the dip several hours prior to serving time.
