Scrambled Eggs with Truffle Oil

A simple recipe of fresh scrambled eggs flavored with truffle oil

    • 8 large eggs
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 5 tablespoons White Truffle oil


Melt the butter in a saute pan, add the slightly beaten eggs.
Cook over a moderate heat and continuously stir with the wooden spoon.

When eggs are cooked, add 5 tablespoons of Truffle oil, still stirring. Serve in warmed porcelain ramekins.
