Salmon Cream Cheese Roll Ups

Salmon Cream Cheese Roll Ups is a simple and tasty appetizer or snack. This is a low-carb friendly recipe that includes smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives.  The recipe is for 2 servings but you can easily double or triple it as needed.  Each serving is 165 calories and less than 1g of carb.

Lay salmon out and cut into strips not more than 3" wide.  You should have 2 strips 3" wide by at least 6" long.

Using a spatula; spread the cream cheese along the length of the salmon.

Sprinkle with chives.

Roll up like a "log" then slice into thirds.  Secure with a toothpick if necessary.  Repeat for each piece salmon.
