In a small saucepan, add Raspberry Jam.
Over low heat, whisk until just melted.
Divide 11/2 TBSP Jam between Crème Brûlée Dishes or Ramekins and chill.
Cut Cream Cheese into small cubes and set aside.
Pour contents of Chef Creations' Crème Brûlée into a medium saucepan.
Over medium heat, whisk in the Cream Cheese cubes until the mixture is smooth and has come to a boil.
Pour into Jam filled dishes.
Chill for at least one hour, or cover and chill for up to 2 days.
Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize with a food torch or under broiler.
