Quick Chile Cheese Nacho Dip


A quick hot dip made with cream cheese and canned chili (no beans).  Serve with tortilla chips.

    • 1 14 oz can chile con carne, no beans
    • 1 large package Philadelphia (or your favorite brand) cream cheese
    • Tabasco Sauce (optional)
    • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)


Put the chili in a small saucepan. Break the cream cheese into pieces and add it to the pan. Heat over "medium" until the cheese is melted. Add a few drops of Tabasco Sauce (optional) Put in a serving dish and top with cilantro.

To Serve:
Serve with tortilla chips
