Parmesan Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms are always a hit at our parties.  This version uses Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese, parsley and bread crumbs.  Serve with Moet Chandon Champagne.

Combine all ingredients except for the mushrooms.  Mix well.  

Spoon the filling into mushroom cavities.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes just before serving.
