Marinated Feta Cheese

This recipe uses Avocado oil imported from New Zealand. from Elysian Isle Avocado Oils in Oregon.

    • 2-3 sprigs rosemary
    • 7/8 cup feta cheese


Cube the feta cheese. Layer cheese in a jar with the onion and rosemary. Cover with avocado oil.
Refrigerate (the oil will solidify) and remove an hour before you wish to use.
Delicious on French Bread or a salad.

Additional Notes

Elysian Isle Avocado Oil (quantity depends on jar)
Slice 1/2 medium red or white onion
