Kona Lobster & Diver Scallop Salad

Kona Lobster & Diver Scallop Salad is a perfect balance of sweet and spice.  It features a special ingredient, wasabi oil as well as ginger, soy sauce, jalapenos, lobster, scallops, and shredded nori.

*Wasabi oil is ideal for fish and seafood, marinades and dressings, or mix with soy sauce for delicious dipping.

    • 1/2 lb Kona Lobster meat (cooked), cut into bite size pieces
    • 1/2 lb Diver Scallops, shelled and cleaned, cut into bite size pieces
    • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
    • 1/2 cup Green Onion, diced
    • 1/2 cup Maui Onion, diced
    • 2 Red Jalapeno Peppers, diced
    • 1/2 cup Shredded Nori
    • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
    • 1 tbsp Wasabi Oil
    • 1 tbsp Toasted White & Black Sesame Seeds
    • 1/4 cup 50 yr. old Japanese Tamari Shoyu


Combine all ingredients
Serve in scallop shells
Garnish with micro-greens
