Jim's Banana Blast Smoothie

Jim's recipe for our favorite smoothie uses bananas, orange juice,  low fat milk, non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt and brewers yeast.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses.  This is a great way to start the day.
