Jackie's Chocolate Blender Pots de Creme came about when I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie on the telephone, a customer at Gourmetsleuth.com. She offered to share this wonderful quick version of this elegant dessert. I think her quote says it all "I am actually reticent to send this recipe as it is so simple, but, I promise, very good!" Thank you Jackie!  You'll love making this blender pot de creme.  You can make it about 10 minutes you just have to wait a couple of hours for it set before you can enjoy it.

Additional Notes

*Note: There is always some risk involved with recipes that use uncooked eggs. In this recipe the yolks are heated by the scalded milk. We suggest using pasteurized eggs. You should however exercise caution if you are serving small children, elderly persons, pregnant women, or anyone with a compromised immune system.
