Hershey's Fast Fudge Pots de Creme

Well, it's not REAL pot de creme but if you've run out of eggs uses pudding mix and chocolate chips.

    • 1 pkg (4 serving size) Chocolate cook and serve pudding and pie filling mix*
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 cup HERSHEY®'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    • 2 pkgs.(6 serving size) about 1 1/2 cups mix
    • 6 cups milk
    • 3 cups (1 lb. 2 oz.) HERSHEY®'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


In saucepan, stir together pudding mix and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil; remove from heat. Add HERSHEY®'S Chocolate Chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Spoon into creme pots or demitasse cups. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface.

Serve slightly warm or chilled. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired
