    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup confectioners sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup whipped cream
    • 3/4 cup walnuts


Beat 2 eggs with the confectioners sugar, butter then mix with whipped cream and walnuts. Place a layer of vanilla wafer cookies in a pan, add the whipped cream mixture, then another layer of wafers. Chill until firm and serve with more whipped cream.
