Grilled Salmon or Pork Tenderloin with Hot Squeeze

A quick to make recipe livens up basic salmon or pork tenderloin using Hot Squeeze sauce.

    • 4 6 oz salmon filets or a 1 1/2 lb side of salmon OR 2 pork tenderloins, 3/4 lb each
    • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
    • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
    • Hot Squeeze sauce


Combine cumin and brown sugar (add salt and pepper if desired). Rub all sides of salmon or pork and let marinate at least one hour. Grill salmon 8-12 minutes or pork tenderloin 20-25 minutes, turning when halfway through, drizzle with the Hot Squeeze sauce.

Serve and pass additional sauce.
