Making your own salad dressing is not only more economical but it also allows you to control the amount of sodium which is commonly too high in commercially available products.

    • 1/2 cup dry buttermilk powder
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley, crushed
    • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper


Combine all ingredients in the container of a food processor or blender and process on high speed until well blended and powdery smooth.

To Use
Combine 1 tablespoon dry mix with 1 cup milk and 1 cup mayonnaise. Mix well.
