Chocolate Tofu Pudding

Silken Tofu makes an unsuspecting base for desserts like this simple chocolate pudding.  While still containing fat and some calories it is a cholesterol and fully dairy-free dessert.

    • 1 14 oz Package Soft Silken Tofu (use a good quality tofu for best results)
    • 1/3 cup Pure Cocoa Powder (no sugar, no dairy)
    • 1/3 cup Agave syrup
    • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to combine.

Scrape down the sides of the food processor and blend again to make sure everything is incorporated.

Place mixture in 6 four-ounce dessert dishes or ramekins and chill for at least an hour before serving.
