Bone Suckin' Chicken Salad

This is the best chicken salad. A perfect dish to take to the game for tailgating!!

  • Serves4-6


    • 1 tablespoon Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning
    • 4 chicken breast
    • 1 tablespoon tarragon.
    • 1 granny smith apple, diced
    • 1/2 cup pecan pieces or almond slices, lightly toasted
    • 1 cup celery, finely diced
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    • 1 cup mayonnaise


Slow cook the chicken breast in a crock pot with water just covering chicken breast. Add Bone Suckin' Poultry Rub to the water in the crock pot. (This step can be done the night before.)

When chicken is done, shred or cut up chicken and place in a large mixing bowl. Pour pineapple juice over the chicken and set aside while cutting up apples and celery. Add tarragon, apples, celery and nuts to chicken and mix well. Add mayonnaise to chicken salad and salt and pepper to taste.
