Baked Haddock

Recipe for Baked Haddock. This simple recipe preparation seasons the fish with a combination of butter, garlic, fresh parsley and lemon.

    • 2 pounds haddock fillets
    • 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
    • 1/4 cup butter,  melted
    • 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped fine
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1 clove garlic, minced


Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in a greased baking dish. 

Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish.

Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
