    • 4 cups Baby arugula
    • 2 cups of assorted fresh herbs
    • Basil
    • Purple basil
    • Chervil
    • Italian parsley
    • Tarragon
    • Sorrel
    • 4 tsp Fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 9 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
    • I tsp. Sugar
    • 4 oz Shaved aged cheddar cheese (2 year old Grafton Village Cheddar cheese preferred)


Place in your favorite salad bowl with the cheese on top and enjoy
