Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Cut chicken into cubes and mix with 2 tablespoons olive oil, onions and garlic. Saute lightly in small skillet over medium high heat. Set aside.
Place pizza crust on a 14-inch pan size and paint with remaining olive oil. Top with mozzarella cheese, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, chicken, red pepper and almonds. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
