This recipe uses Monterey Pasta Spinach and Cheese Ravioli served with a quick homemade Gorgonzola cream sauce.
Prepare ravioli according to package directions. Ravioli take only 5 minutes to cook so start making your sauce once you place the ravioli in the boiling water. Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Melt butter in a small saucepan
Add cream and stir. Add the Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted.
Keep the sauce warm while you drain the pasta.
Place the drained ravioli (5 per person) in a shallow bowl or plate and drizzle with the sauce. Alternately you can gently toss the ravioli in the sauce if you prefer.
Serve the pasta with a simple washed baby greens salad with a balsamic vinaigrette.
