Cooked shrimp are tossed with olive oil, garlic, lemon, parsley and thyme.

large shrimp with shells

garlic
cloves, minced

cup
lemon juice
1/3
cup
olive oil

tablespoon
minced fresh Italian parsley
1 1/2
teaspoons
minced fresh thyme
1 1/2
teaspoons
grated lemon peel
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook shrimp just until bright orange, about 2 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, remove shells and set aside.
In bowl, whisk garlic with lemon juice, oil parsley, thyme, and lemon peel. Season too taste with salt and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Refrigerate several hours, tossing occasionally
Additional Notes
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
