Lay salmon out and cut into strips not more than 3" wide. You should have 2 strips 3" wide by at least 6" long.
Using a spatula; spread the cream cheese along the length of the salmon.
Sprinkle with chives.
Roll up like a "log" then slice into thirds. Secure with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat for each piece salmon.
