This recipe for a
Quick Chipotle Cornbread
makes use of the famous Tabasco hot chipotle sauce for a quick chipotle flavor. You start with a corn muffin mix, add egg, milk, whole kernel corn, and minced chipotle in adobo sauce. This makes a quick, hearty cornbread to serve with beans or a warm soup.

TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

tablespoon
minced canned chipotle in adobo sauce

whole kernel corn
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Coat a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter and set aside.
Combine the muffin mix, egg, milk, and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce and minced chipotle in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the corn, stir, and let sit 2 minutes.
Transfer to the prepared pan and bake until set - about 15 minutes.
Serve the warm Quick Chipotle Cornbread at room temperature.
