Ingredients
1
small
candy cane
1
oz
peppermint schnapps (or a few drops of peppermint extract)
5
oz
of Melitta Café Collection Classique Supreme coffee
2
tablespoons
whipping cream
Instructions
Place the candy cane in a self-sealing plastic bag. Remove the air from the bag and seal. Using a heavy rolling pin, crush the candy cane into fine pieces.
Lightly moisten the rim of an 8-ounce mug with water. Dip the rim into the crushed candy pieces. Pour the peppermint schnapps (or extract) into the mug, avoiding the rim of the mug.
Brew a 5-ounce cup of Melitta Café Collection Classique Supreme coffee. Use the Melitta® frother to whip the cream. Spoon the whipped cream on top of the hot coffee.
Sprinkle any remaining candy pieces on top of the cream.
