Instructions
In batter bowl, combine LuLu Cherry Balsamic Vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Whisk well, making sure that the sugar is dissolved. Add the mint and ginger. Cool. Line a 9x13 baking dish or large bowl with lettuce leaves. Arrange peaches, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and green onion over lettuce. Pour the dressing over all, tossing gently. Garnish with watercress. Can be served at room temperature or well-chilled.
