This
Passion Fruit Mousse
recipe is from Hawaii and uses the large yellow lilikoi but you can use either passion fruit. The recipe simply uses passion fruit puree, whipping cream and gelatin. Prep time does not include the chilling time which takes 4-5 hours.

unflavored gelatin

cold water

boiling water

passion fruit puree

cup
whipping cream, well chilled
Instructions
Sprinkle the gelatin over the 2 tablespoons of water and allow it to stand for about 5 minutes to soften. Add the 3 tablespoons of boiling water then heat the mixture over a double boiler until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Set the mixture aside off the double boiler so it can begin to cool.
Whipped the chilled cream in a medium sized bowl. Fold in the passion fruit puree and the gelatin mixture. Spoon the mixture into individual serving dishes and chill for 4-5 before serving.
