Prepare the garlic infused olive oil
Add the garlic infused olive and Caulilini to a large sauté pan on medium high heat and sprinkle with the hot red pepper flakes. Sauté for two minutes or until the caulilini stems start to turn bright green. Now add the lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and serve immediately.
In a small pan on medium heat slowly cook the garlic until it just starts to turn color. Immediately remove from heat and allow the garlic to cool in the oil.
