She offered to share this wonderful quick version of this elegant dessert. I think her quote says it all "I am actually reticent to send this recipe as it is so simple, but, I promise, very good!" Thank you Jackie! You'll love making this blender pot de creme. You can make it about 10 minutes you just have to wait a couple of hours for it set before you can enjoy it.
Mix all ingredients well in blender.
Pour the mixture into 6-8 pot de creme cups (depends on the size of your pot de creme cups) or use 6 small ramekins. Place the cups on a tray and cover with plastic wrap.
Allow the pot de creme to chill util it is firm (overnight is best).
You can top the pot de creme with a dollop of sweetened whip cream.
