A yummy hot chocolate recipe that combines cocoa powder, bittersweet chocolate, milk and hazelnut praline paste. Just grab a mug and curl up with a good book.

cocoa powder

granulated sugar

unsweetened bitter chocolate such as Scharffenberger or Valrhona
3/4
cup
whole milk

cinnamon
Instructions
Combine the cocoa powder, sugar, unsweetened chocolate and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook stirring occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture simmers.
Stir in the cinnamon and Love’n Bake® Hazelnut Praline Paste using a whisk. Continue heating the mixture for another few minutes stirring to blend in the hazelnut paste.
Froth the mixture using an immersion blender. Or carefully pour the hot chocolate into a blender and mix for a few seconds.
Immediately pour the frothed hot chocolate into a heated mug. Garnish it with a generous dollop or two of whipped cream. Add a cinnamon stick if desired.
