hot mustard (Colmans is good)

flat leaf parsley, chopped

chopped green onions

dry red wine

teaspoon
beef stock base
1/4
teaspoon
dried rosemary
Instructions
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and allow to warm at room temperature at least 1-2 hours.
Prepare the grill and grill the London Broil for about 20 to 25 minutes. Don't overcook it. Move the meat to a platter and allow it to rest.
Prepare The Rosemary Sauce
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in garlic powder, mustard, green onions, parsley and wine, add beef stock. Bring the mixture to a boil. Crush the rosemary with your fingers and add it to the sauce. Turn the heat down and simmer the sauce for 5-8 minutes.
Cut the meat on the diagonal into thin 1/4" thick slices. Pour any meat drippings into the sauce and stir to combine. Pour the sauce over the meat or you can put pass it separately.
