egg yolk to brush on biscuits
Instructions
Put butter, flour, Cello (brand) Grana Padano and yolks into a mixing bowl. Mix together until the mixture has a "grainy" texture. If too dry, add extra egg yolk. Add cream to form a smooth dough.
Place in refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes. Roll out dough on a floured board. Cut out circular biscuits using a suitable cutter. Place on flat baking tray. Brush with extra yolk. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F) for 15 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden in color.
