Remove the roast from the refrigerator about one hour before you are ready to start the roast. The cooking time shown was for a 3lb roast.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Combine all the ingredients except for the pork in a small bowl and mix well to incorporate. (I like to use my fingers). Spread the mixture over the pork roast then place the roast in a shallow roasting pan on a rack.
Place roast in the oven and turn the heat down to 375 degrees and roast until done, about 20 -25 minutes a pound until the internal temperature reaches 145.
