Chill 4 salad plates (if serving at home).
Combine the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl, whisk to combine.
Place one piece of endive on each plate.
In separate mixing bowl, toss remaining ingredients with the vinaigrette.
Divide the salad between the four plates, arranging the greens next to the endive. Alternately you can transfer the salad to a picnic bowl.
