crab meat, dungenous or lump meat

lemon juice

mayonnaise

crushed Saltine crackers

teaspoon
Tabasco sauce (hot pepper sauce)

teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce

teaspoons
Old Bay seasoning

parsley, chopped
Dash of garlic powder
Instructions
Pick through crab meat carefully to remove any bits cartridge or shell.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Form into crab cakes about 1/2" thick. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Broil in oven 6 minutes on each side until browned and heated through.
Serve with a red cocktail sauce and/or a flavored tartar sauce.
