Use this Curry Chutney Dipping Sauce dipping sauce for Beef Fondue or with any grilled meats. The sauce combines curry powder, yogurt, onion, mango chutney and mayonnaise in a blender then the sauce is chilled for 2 hours before use.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse 2 or 3 times. Adjust seasoning. Chill the sauce, covered, for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days.
Transfer the sauce to a serving dish.
