Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Sweet and Sour Sauce In a pot combine all ingredients together, bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Cool, serve at room temperature. Assemble & Cook Wonton Work on a flat surface. Put 1/4 tablespoon of filling on wonton wrapper in a half moon and brush the edges with an egg wash or water then connect the left and right sides together and seal with water or egg wash.
Preheat the oil to 325F - 350F and fry the wonton until they turn golden brown about two minutes. Remove from the oil and drain on paper toweling. Serve with Sweet and Sour dipping sauce.
