Coconut Laddoo
is an Indian confection made with sweetened condensed milk and desiccated, shredded coconut rolled in flaked coconut. You will find many variations of this recipe including some that use fresh milk, shredded coconut, sugar and even cashew nuts. Some versions roll the balls in coconut powder rather than shredded, flaked coconut.

Ingredients

sweetened condensed milk

cups
dessicated shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
1
tablespoon
granulated sugar
Instructions
Mix the condensed milk and the coconut in a bowl.
Add the sugar and stir on a low flame for about 4 minutes.
Set aside till the mixture has slightly cooled down.
Shape into laddoos (small round balls).
Roll each laddoo in a little dessicated flaked coconut. Store in airtight jars.
