No matter how you feel about putting garden flowers in your food; you have to admit this combination makes a beautiful salad. The Chilled Nectarine and Rose Fruit Salad recipe features fresh nectarines, blueberries, rose flower water, johnny jump ups and rose petals.

Arrange berries and nectarines on a platter; sprinkle flowers over fruit.
In a small bowl, mix vinegar with rose flower water to taste. Drizzle the dressing evenly over salad.
Season to taste with salt.
Alternately you can carefully fold the fruit in a decorative bowl (clear glass would be nice) until the fruit is blended. Then drizzle on the dressing, folding once more to blend. Then, top the fruit with the flowers and petals.
