dried rosemary

Instructions
Preheat oven 350F
Place all ingredients, in order in a mixing bowl or food processor. Mix or process until a smooth dough forms. If the dough is too stiff add a little more water a tablespoon at a time. If the mixture is a little too thin, add more oat flour.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured board until it is about 1/4" thick. Cut out with your favorite shape cookie cutter.
Line baking sheets with parchment and place cookies on the sheets. Bake about 20 go 25 minutues until the treats turn a nice golden brown. Remove the treats from the oven and let cook on wire racks.
These cheesy treats are best stored refrigerated. They will last at least a month just keep them in a tightly sealed container. Alternately you can freeze the treats in zip lock bags. Just take them out of the freezer a couple of hours before you want to use them.
