This is an old fashioned kind of chocolate cake, leavened with yeast. Test for doneness of this cake by inserting a toothpick in the center. The toothpick will come out clean when the cake is done.
These biscuits are light, flaky and have a delicious whole wheat flavor.
Recipe uses soy and white bread flour, dried milk, sugar and yeast.
Similar to a pita made with whole wheat flour, honey and yeast.
This dough will keep for about five days in the refrigerator. The rolls are delicious and light.
