Recipe for Buttermilk Cayenne Salad Dressing from the Grillin' & Chillin' show
Iceberg Babies® are specially hybridized portion-sized heads of iceberg lettuce. This recipe was developed by Chef Beat Giger, Pebble Beach Resorts. The little lettuce heads are topped with a mixture of chicken breast meat, cilantro, lime, chile coconut, grapefruit sections, shallot and yogurt.
Recipe for a chutney salad dressing made with Major Grey's chutney, lime juice, vegetable oil and cayenne pepper.
Use this dressing for salads, vegetables or even to top carpaccio. Recipe includes walnut oil, verjus, olive oil, garlic and mustard.
Recipe only takes 30 minutes if using precooked farro. Salad is topped with vinaigrette of lemon, olive oil, shallots, Dijon and thyme.
