Zamarano Cheese is made from both pasteurized and unpasteurized milk of Churra sheep from the small town of Zamora, Spain. Zamarano is similar to Manchego and provides a nice nutty, "sheep" flavor.
Serve Zamarano cheese with fresh melon, ham, pears and even tomatoes. Serve crusty bread alongside and serve a full bodied red wine.
