Wonton Noodles are thin Chinese egg noodles similar to angel hair pasta.Typically these noodles are used in a noodle dish of the same name; Wonton Noodles. The dish is made with thin noodles, wonton dumplings and vegetables. Similar soup dishes are eaten throughout Asia. There are many regional variations of the dish.
