What is Unfiltered Wine?
Most wines produced today are put through filtration systems to make the wine crystal clear. Some wine enthusiasts feel that filtration removes some of the natural elements in the wine which negatively affects the quality and flavor. If a wine is unfiltered it will say so on the label.
