What is Shokusai Chokotto Kinpaku?
A Japanese brand of edible gold leaf flakes. The finely shredded pieces of gold leaf can be sprinkled over meals to add elegance and color. The tiny pieces of gold leaf, measuring 2-3mm in length, come wrapped in fine tissue paper Each of the packages contains 0.015g of pure gold. Suitable for adding to all types of food including fish and hotpot dishes and can even be added to drinks.
