What is Pipicha?
Pipicha
is a slender, aromatic herb from Oaxaca, Mexico that looks similar to tarragon. The herb is used in salsas and cooked with some vegetables and beans. Look for Pipicha in Mexican markets and some farmer's markets.
Substitute for Pipicha
If you don't have pipicha then you can substitute fresh cilantro leaves OR fresh parsley leaves or simply omit the ingredient.
