What is Nanami togarashi?
Nanami togarashi
is a Japanese condiment very similar to shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice) served with sushi, soups and noodles. Nanami togarashi has more citrus added than shichimi togarashi and they can be used interchangeably.
