What is Miola?
Miola powder is added to the water in which the rice is cooked and is used to add flavor and a glossy appearance to rice. It can be used for sushi rice or table rice. The product for sushi rice is slightly different than for table rice. An important feature of rice prepared using Miola is that the flavor remains even after the rice has cooled.
